In 2007, my journey into exploring my family's history began out of a necessity to understand our medical background. Delving into the past, unearthing stories, and uncovering connections became a passion for me. The thrill of discovery kept me captivated and eager to learn more with each piece of information I unearthed.

On my journey to uncover more information, I found my half brother, as well as a multitude of other relatives who were previously unknown to me. This unexpected discovery has brought a new dimension to my understanding of my familial connections and has sparked a desire to learn more about my extended family tree.

Breaking through a brick wall with the help of DNA was a pivotal moment that inspired me to embark on the journey of earning my certification in Professional Learning Certificate Genealogical Studies (PLCGS).

Today, I wish to spend my time helping others discover their Rooted Genes.
